Orion BMS-2 (36S–180S)

Orion BMS-2 battery management system in an all-in-one aluminium housing with high noise immunity. Series lengths from 36S to 180S (common stock: 36S, 72S, 96S, 108S, 144S). The 180S reaches 800 V max. Measures cell voltages between 0.5 and 5.0 V, controls a CAN charger based on cell and/or pack voltage, and directly drives contactors, relays and enable circuits. Manages 8 thermistors (80 via expansion module), 12–24 V DC supply, two CAN H/L circuits. This page is for the unit only; see ‘Orion BMS Cables’ for cables and services.
